Engine Warranty Information provided

12 MONTHS OR 1,000 HRS. WHICH EVER OCCURS FIRST
The above warranties carry an additional 6 months, if necessary, from delivery to installation for a total 18 months warranty package. The above “after installation” warranties, to remain in good standing, are contingent upon compliance with factory recommended operating procedures and do not include costs related to misuse of any kind and/or the following standard factory / industry exclusions…
- Hot Starts…
- FOD… DOD…
- Bog Down…
- Thermal Distress…
- Engine Vibration…
- Excessive Corrosion…
- Sudden Engine Stoppage…
- Thermal distress attributed to fuel nozzle damage is limited to the first inspection interval of the nozzles after performing an overhaul.

Should you have a warranty problem, claim and/or any of the above stated problematic conditions; return the engine/s under warranty to our facility for analysis, problem determination and corrective action. Unless specific written approval is obtained from the “Chief Inspector” of Hancock Enterprises, Inc., failure to comply with these warranty conditions will make any written or implied warranty null and void.
The total liability of Hancock Enterprises, Inc. shall not exceed the dollar value of the Equipment immediately prior to the failure precipitating such claim. Hancock Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.
